You don’t need endless hours of training. You need the right number of hours, at the right intensity, with recovery that supports your progress.

Your First Ironman
From “I don’t know if I can do it” to the finish line.
IronSchool is ScienceTraining’s comprehensive service for people who want to train for their first IRONMAN.
It doesn’t require you to already be a high-level triathlete. It requires a realistic goal, enough time to train, and the willingness to follow a structured training plan.
Swim
Bike
Run
An IRONMAN might seem impossible.
You might recognize some of these thoughts. They’re normal. Our goal isn’t just to tell you “you can do it.” It’s to examine what’s needed, how much time you have, and how to create a realistic path from your current level to race day.
- You don’t have enough time to train
- You started too late and think you’ve missed your chance
- You’re not fast enough for an IRONMAN
- Swimming seems like an insurmountable obstacle to you
- You don’t know how to juggle three sports at the same time
- You think it takes endless hours of training every week
Our response
You don’t need certainty to get started. You need the right guidance.
IronSchool wasn’t designed for elite athletes. It was designed for people who want to do one thing—something that seems huge to them—the right way.
“A big goal, broken down into small, manageable, and measurable steps.”
The three sports
We’re not adding three programs. We’re developing a triathlete.

Swimming
Swimming is often the most daunting part—especially in open water. We work on technique, long-distance endurance, open water, and the transition to the bike.

Cycling
The cycling segment largely determines how you’ll run afterward. We build endurance, aerodynamic positioning, power strategy, and energy management so you can approach the run with energy to spare.

Running
The marathon, coming after swimming and cycling, is a completely different experience. We train specifically for brick sessions, pacing strategy, and nutrition during fatigue.
